Website privacy

This page explains the information used by the Norhaus Furniture website at norhausfurniture.com.

Information you send us

If you submit a trade-in request, we receive the contact details, furniture information and any photos you provide. We use this information to review your request and respond. The showroom landing page does not have a contact form.

Website analytics and advertising

This website uses the Google tag to measure activity such as phone-link taps, directions-link taps and successfully submitted inquiries. A phone-link tap is not proof that a call was completed; a directions tap is not proof of a store visit.

Google may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its privacy policy. Advertising customer-data sharing is disabled by default. Submitting an inquiry does not itself grant consent to share your contact details with Google for enhanced conversions.

Campaign information

Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters from the URL may be stored in your browser's session storage and included with a trade-in request to help identify which advertising led to the request. Raw email addresses and phone numbers are not added to ordinary analytics events, URLs or browser storage.

Maps and external links

Opening directions, the interactive Google Map, social pages or the online store connects you to an external service. Those services have their own privacy policies. The embedded map is requested only when you open it.
