Open the furniture trade-in page and select Start my exchange or Get my value. The five steps cover furniture type, approximate age, condition, optional photos, and your contact details with optional comments. You can go back or edit your answers before clicking Send trade-in request on the final step.

Only your name and phone number are required. Furniture selections, photos, and comments are optional. If you add photos, you can attach up to five JPG, JPEG, or PNG images, each no larger than 10 MB. Your city or ZIP code in the comments is helpful for confirming the local service area, but it is not a required form field.

Uploading a photo or filling out a step does not send the request by itself. After you click Send trade-in request and see the Request received confirmation, your details and photos go to the Norhaus team.
